2013 was off to a rough start after a basketball injury led to a broken wrist. I had to have surgury and while it's going to be a long haul, it's healing nicely and I'm staying positive for a full recovery.

This day is filled with morning physical therapy exercises for a recovering broken wrist, errands, lunch with Ayal and a work meeting in Manhattan. And no, I do not have to wear that wrist stretching contraption outside!
